Online shopping is very easy and you have the same options as you do in a high street store. You can browse the products available or if you know what you want, go straight to it.
You can add as many items to your basket as you like, see the total value of the goods selected and remove them at any stage before you finally check out. When you want to pay just follow the simple on screen prompts.

Secure Ordering
This is a secure site and uses Pay Pal. Your credit card details will only be processed on secure encrypted web servers.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges
Delivery is included to addresses all address in the UK. Please note this site is NOT available for use outside the UK. Subject to stock availability.
Despatch
Goods will be despatched within two working days from receipt of order by second class packet post, subject to availability (working days are Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm.). You will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporary unavailable.
Returns
We must be informed by e-mail if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 3 days of receipt, at which stage a replacement item and return of the original item will be arranged.
All returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

Products on this site are subject to availability. Every care has been taken to ensure that description, colour and specification are representative of the product.
Payment
Online Credit / Debit Cards
Orders placed out of normal working hours (9am-4.30pm Monday to Friday) will be processed during the next working day. Payment is taken from your card once authorisation has been received and stock availability checked. Where items cannot be supplied within a 28 working day delivery cycle you will be notified and advised of the options available.
Governing Laws
Beauty Formulas is a susidiary of Drammock International Ltd., registered in England (No. 2865882) and as such the laws governing these terms and conditions shall fall solely within the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Great care has been taken in the selection and presentation of items on this site to give as accurate an impression as possible. Colours can also be subject to variation and may be altered by individual equipment settings.
It is our intention to supply items within 7 working days from confirmation of order.
Items that that are out of stock or in transit to us should be deliverable within our 28 working day terms. Providing the address information has been supplied, you will be contacted by e-mail and advised if any items have been ordered that may fall outside of these terms. An estimate of when the items will be available and options as to how you would like to proceed will be offered.

Beauty Formulas is an international brand. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Drammock International Ltd., which was established in 1984.
We are based in Leeds in the North of England with on site maufacturing, warehousing, packing, labelling and distribution.
